Wow, they really must’ve had a team of solid negotiators on this deal. We buy a company for $2.4 billion and then the company we bought it from gets it back and then cancels our entitlements. What a joke!

That's because they know that very soon Wrike won't be a part of "Cloud Software Group", better to get a clean break now and not have to deal with what will soon be an external vendor.

Nobody cares about the Wrike acquisition fiasco anymore. The PE overlords will sell it to some other inept software vendor CEO who thinks the pennies-on-the-dollar fire sale price for this asset means they've got a great deal. Suckers...
