I have so much to offer. I believe in making the parks better. They got their big payouts. Is upper management leaving now?

Why? Give all that you have to offer to a company that's deserving and treats employees with respect. And That's definitely not SeaWorld ...way past the time to let go and move on. You will be much happier like the hundreds of us that escaped that toxic place!
