I regret that so many of my friends and associates have been forced out or laid-off especially older highly experienced personnel. DH always said that Citrix was Citrix because of who it employed and the values that it upheld. As we've witnessed the dismantling of everything we built, unethical treatment of employees, the hiring of inexperienced leadership, and horrible management at all levels, Citrix is no longer Citrix.
The good news is there is life after Citrix as many of you have gone to work for competitors. Anyone who remains is either desperate for a job or unemployable. Good luck to you all and please, last one out remember to turn off the lights.
