Are people still running to work at FAANGs? I used to, but I can't imagine working at any of these companies, especially considering they are just government arms. I ignore their recruiters. I've noticed FB recruiters have stopped contacting me now. Amazon recruiting is still active though.
Just so employees know, I'm friends with quite a few people that work for meta, and there are still promotions happening, and poaching between departments.
So seems like everyone is trying to secure their place on the lifeboats.
That being said, I don't know how you even continue working for sure a corrupt, dishonest and frankly damaging company as this. Is it just because you get paid well?
The whole "Big Brother" network needs dismantling.
