The district and regional managers are a bunch of do nothings. We had a visit from a regional last week and she was making an issue about all the tags on the clothing should be tucked in. REALLY? We can afford to pay a six figure salary to someone who is worried about tags hanging out.
She needs to visit on a normal day to see the piles of clothing on the floor, fitting rooms and at your service. See the dirty , smelly bathrooms, fire exits blocked with merchandise, managers hiding in their offices, receiving rooms stacked to the ceiling and no bags to put the customers purchases in.
These are the things she should worry about not tags being tucked in.

What regional jobs are left? We rarely see anyone. Occasionally the Regional Director of stores……the Store Manager’s boss visits. She’s another useless person …not impacting the business or anything. There is a visual regional who no one reports to and never comes around. Not sure why he collects a salary or his job exists. ….90 K plus

Its time they all go . Such a financial drain on the Company. No need for the Dog & Pony show and pulling people to visit stores. Some people have been pulled from their stores for 3 weeks. They need to see just what the customer sees and its not pretty on a daily basis. The stores ran fine when the district and regional teams where on furlough during Covid lockdown.

Is that just regional or divisional? I don’t see the need for divisional. How did you find out? How reliable is this information? I don’t know why they would keep jobs open if they are already adding salary ranges to the current internal job postings as well as on LinkedIn.

What does this mean all regional jobs?
What about regional DVP?
What about divisional DVPs?

I have a theory on this- all Beauty AC’s and Field Directors are being moved into store and promoted.
Jobs are being left open on purpose. The cuts are coming.
