Pretty sure that if I was still at Citrix, getting laid off right now would be 100x better than staying on board a sinking ship. All evidence shows that the environment there is completely toxic and morale is in the cr----r. Get laid off, collect severance, and find something new where you're actually appreciated. I assure you that you won't realize how stressed you've been until you're out of that place and can actually breathe.
