The atmosphere here has become so terrible that despite the inflation and the fact that I still haven't received any new offer and don't have any significant savings - I want out! At some point you realize that Citrix is a place from which you simply must leave at any cost.

100% Citrix is a great company, no matter what mostly millennials are saying.

I would add to that thought, put this place behind you and don't look back. You are now stronger and wiser from the experience. Good luck to everyone who is terminated, and I hope you find an employer that is worthy of your talent -- like many before you that left this decaying obsolete software company that has no meaningful future.
Not sure they layoffs have started. I'm sure you will start seeing the posts on here the second they start. And they won't start with one or 2 layoff's they have already publicly said they are aiming to cut 1k positions as the first wave.
Don't worry, you won't miss it when it starts.
Yeah I was told to leave or else we will continue to mind f u ck you. Thin people out with stupid micro managing and instead of the spineless managers standing up they are nothing but yes men. I guess thats what happen when you aren't the ones producing and are scared there is no place for you in the world at another job.
