Really sad but Fiberspar is in free fall and all of the good people have either left or about to leave. Last leader was really good and truly cared about the employees but new management doesn’t care about people or the operation and only wants to cut costs, even at the expense of safety. Really sad how fast Fiberspar has fallen in the past few months.

Bredero Shaw is in talks to acquire Fiberspar. My brother-in-law is doing the due diligence, supposed to be completed by end of Q4. NOV is looking at selling off multiple businesses that don’t align with their planned future of drilling and new green energy plans.
Fiberspar is a business that is a part of Fiber Glass Systems I believe. Think they make spoolable linepipe
Yeah, what is a Fiberspar and that's the comment from every department and every other company that ever existed then was absorbed by NOV and their management team. Consider yourself in good company and just history repeating itself over and over again.
