Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

They excel at lowering productivity and morale.

Once the useless RTO is in full swing, I'll be stressed about getting covid all day, wearing a mask for hours, avoiding meetings and impromptu gatherings (since that's where the virus will more likely spread). Way to go, TK and new ELT. Keep finding more ways to lower productivity and morale!

If you are at higher risk for a bad outcome from covid, consider asking for a medical/disability exemption from RTO. Whether that flies will no doubt depend on the laws in your geo and your individual circumstances, but it's worth a shot.

But he’s a “family man.” He considers us his family. I swear if I ever see or hear an Exec pitch that nonsense again I’m leaving on the spot. What a load.

The lies and steady amount of garbage we’ve been fed since Templeton got forced out has been egregious. I think my favorite was Henshall’s response to the breach where he made us all physically go through that password reset party, and then blamed us (employees) for his inability to hold Stan accountable for a ridiculously insufficient security policy. Arrogance and stupidity simmering together - a mainstay of the Citrix greatest hits playlist.

This is just the beginning of intimidation. Given his prior track record, Krause will demand that managers place carefully selected employees on 'performance plans' that will motivate more of the Citrix-Lifer laggards to leave before they're terminated for cause.
