I was a solid 9 before, now I'm barely a 3. The toxicity and perpetual uncertainty have totally destroyed me.

My Org had a negative internal NPS score during the last internal survey. People have been burnt out and a feeling of distrust/hate towards management. Mix that with being forced to return to an office; hope no one starts taking out their bottled up aggression on management in person by blasting away when they RTO.
9 definitely and after my stint in consulting with all the backstabbers and their promotion calls with people laughing at others that were not on the calls mine dropped to a 2 and could not wait to get the he-l out.
for a period of time, mid-00's to early-10's, whilst working at ctxs i was totally fine, best i've ever been really, but over the last 7-8 years its progressively dipped to an all time low of about 1 right now.
Do y’all really work that much? I literally work like 2 hrs a day tops
The 10-12 hour constantly 10/10 stressful work days from 2020-current day has absolutely taken a hit on my health. Took a lot for me to not off myself due to the workload and constant chaos from sh-t management.
