If you feel the unions are not properly representing you’re best interest. You can become a union objector … You’re due’s will decrease significantly and you will pay because it’s a union shop to maintain you’re seniority . Look it up !

The problem with that tactic is that the portion of dues that DO remain go to the international and starve your local. So you're essentially harming the ones that tend to help you the most, and continue to reward those that help you the least. Were the consequences flipped it would be a valid tactic.
