Anyone have the info for the union meetings? Keep hearing about them.

From blind: In Costa Rica there is an employee solidarity association with like 800 members call "ASEVMWARE" that provides well-being programs, loans, savings programs, discounts in specific places like hotels, colleges, etc if you're a member.
To be a member you have to give a 3% of your salary, they use this money to invest and make deals for the well-being of all the members, you get dividends of investments and obviously if you quit or are layoff you get all your money back + all the gains from investments.
I don't remember how much, but there are multiple millions of dollars in this association and with 800 people (most of the Costa Rica Office) backing it up, it has some influence
What? Costa Rica Global Support has a union? Is this confirmed?
