Quite confusing SPSSSPSPSPSPSPS all hands today. The choice of acronyms alone couldn't be worst for a starter. Neil and Richard very positive although they both are signing off and are the ones that brought OFE on its knees. All very exciting according to Romain and upper management although questions on head count reduction never get a straight answer. Neil saying that a lot of thoughts has gone into this although no one seems to have a clue and org charts at lower level are still being discussed and not yet published. If this is what "planned" looks like I wonder what could have been like if they didn't plan for it in advance. Will also probably discover very soon the real meaning of "rooftop consolidations". Focus on outcome and simplification but do not even hope that the processes will be updated (actually don't follow them and don't be too hung up on procedures, we just want the outcome). Very confused faces after the call. Will see what happens, in the meantime just stay laser focused folks.

Anyone any idea where the closures will be? I have heard a few rumours of Altens, I thought this was already closed though?
If you people knew what you’re doing you would understand how the previous statement is correct.
Enough to make your @r$€ run clear water.
Note that the executioners are exiting stage left with bulging saddlebags.
Come on guys! How long have you worked here. Dont you know what’s coming by now? Rooftop consolidation means closures, how else are they to save 150 million except by culling the herd and sell offs. They’ve been planning this for a few years now and now it’s time to execute. There is only one thing you can be sure of and that is they will make an @r$€ of the whole thing.
