anyone know if you can select a base plus commission and what is the base pay and the commission pay structure.

Furniture, in a gallery at least, is draw versus commision. No base pay. 100% commission based, same as furniture sales jobs throughout the industry. It was a great gig until the company dropped marketing, inventory and customer service support. No inventory, little advertising, off-shore credit and customer service call centers with untrained reps. No visual support at all. No buying talent and no budget. It's a shame. It was much more successful when furniture was it's own division.
