I'm done with Adidas and I'd like nothing more than to be able to leave with severance. I have earned that much in my more than 14 years here. If they offered us voluntary buyouts I'd be the first one to accept. I also know for a fact I'm not the only one who feels this way.

You can talk to HR about early retirement packages. Many have been given when asked.
You are correct! I’m hoping to be laid off asap and take that sweet severance and get the he-l out of here.
