Now that I have been gone a while I feel like like I can ask this. Did anyone else feel like the monthly performance reviews felt more like an interrogation where you had to explain why you shouldn't lose your job?

ID: @7nkb+1iTExxhs you are incorrect. They did not give Mullet Boy the 28 mil to keep him around. Mullet Boy figured out a way to justify for himself and his exec henchmen to get bonuses from the company for doing such a great job restructuring the company. Horse S%$# At the same time the company was performing layoffs and crying the blues that earnings were down.

Too bad, it like they have no clue what their employees do. Even the board who gave mullet boy that 20mil bonus so he wouldn’t leave during the pandemic. Really just for once I like to see Ncr actually hire a competent CEO’s and board who actually understands the business
@hml+1iTExxhs, I've known it for a while. Hence why I said now that "Ive been gone I feel like I can ask."
Monthly preference reviews at NCR have always been part of the performance improvement process. Your manager, or 2nd level manager has decided to fire you. You, or your manager will be fired within a year.
The department you're in depends on how offten.
Monthly? I just have them once a year in December.
I can't believe you just realized that because that's exactly what they were. HR procedure so the mgrs had documented reasoning for cutting you loose. Your first level stupidvisor will feel the pinch in the upcoming months too.
