What is it with the abundant of Kevin’s and Karen’s in supply chain. I noticed that every time one leaves another one is replaced with the same? Or do they transform into one because of the prevalent toxicity here?

Horrible managers and leads. Incompetent and lazy. Masters in manipulating and finger pointing. For sure the worst is the contract group. I've been here for a long time and the turnover in this group has been high for years. That 7ft she-man of a lead is so fake and is trying to climb the ladder by blaming other teams. Wondering why she is always blaming the black folks!
