Isn't it shocking that the app which allows customers to do everything on their own (hence saving the company money in employee costs) ended up causing more losses than it saved? Who'd have thought that unsupervised customers would walk out with more than they paid for (I'm sure they're just "forgetting" to scan some items, right?) I'm loving the poetic justice of this.
