How about this? Under the new way the STIP multiplier is calculated you can get a performance rating of "Successful performance" (where about 80% of the company lands) and receive a STIP multiplier as low as 70%!
So....... Meet all your goals, exceed some of your goals, and STILL not get a full STIP payout. LOL, it just keeps getting better and better.......

Did you read the whole thing? HR can't force your leader to give you a lower rating!! And you can get a much higher multiplier!!

Al at 130%? Think again. Al received a STIP 210% last year for individual performance. Overall STIP of 270%.

Well I guess time to do 70% of my work now down from 75%.
No one cares or gives a sh-t here.
It is now terrible morale and nobody has drive to succeed.
Get what ya pay for !

The new multiplier is designed to reward the best minds and truly elite at Enbridge. Of course I am speaking of Infrastructure Planning which is the backbone of Enbridge. With IP we can expect a bright future filled with roosters and windmills. The only unfortunate development is that a rating of Miraculous Performance is not added yet.
