I know this is unlikely but getting rid of all the sycophants would be the best possible move. It's an easy way to cut costs through layoffs without losing anything of value. I don't know one who is a hard worker and actually contributes something useful (other than their lips for bu-t-kissing) to the company. When are we going to get rid of them if not now?
