Comical at BEST! Mgmt (Directors & even 1st line management) have become condescending and irritable to listen to on every level! No one has anyone's back, great employees have left in droves because of inept front-line Sr. Managers & Directors. It's an embarrassment. Just pull the plug already, give everyone proper packages, and Sunset Sunrise.

I too had many direct and indirect negative interactions with MC; including me laying off 30 people in my organization in 2020 and once that task was complete getting laid off as well. MC was not in my line of reporting; however, my AVP and VP walked on eggshells around her and KowTowed to anything she wanted. Both of them told me it was not their decision and there was nothing they could do to keep me on board as my position was being eliminated; then learned that one of MC's acolytes stepped into my position. Hard to believe she is still there given how many people, including peers that she steamrolled over.

You are right, the call was a mess. Management continues to amaze me at how clueless they are at what is actually going on. Yet, another new Senior VP was put in place to save what is left of Professional Services as many are preparing to jump ship before the first of the year due to all the Harris policy changes.
So sad to see the shitshow Allscripts has become. 10 years ago I LOVED it there. It was everything I wanted in employment and mission. The greed at the top and the appointment of some horrific management like Meg Christman, lead to a place filled with unhappy workers, bullies in management and back-stabbers.
For some of us it was about the clients and their patients. For many others it obviously never was.
