Nice to see QC are still up to their old tricks of holding work back for weekend overtime and still don’t work during the week. Good on you DQE don’t let old habits die

DQE, DQI makes no difference, we are a global company and as a global company our quality is slipping. Once we realise this we may make improvements, until then keep pointing the finger at QC and live in denial of what is really going on. QC realises and ensures customer requirements, you only concentrate on delivery time. Hierarchy must always be SAFETY, QUALITY then DELIVERY. Get real and start taking responsibility.
Only sh-t being manufactured comes from DQI that has been proven lately, no issue with quality coming from DQE. Going by your statement just shows you know nothing at what is going on in DQE
Simple solution.
Take responsibility for your own quality and stop manufacturing sh-t!
Pointing the finger at QC only highlights your own shortcomings.
So happy I don’t work in that machine shop anymore… this sounds like the jealous biscuit packer if I’ve ever heard it, guessing he isn’t getting overtime just now then!
