That’s what they do . Having supervisors tell everyone we need more hour please come in for overtime please please you the worker need the money right since you making 18.00 a hour just be lucky you have a job.. YA RIGHT!!!!

Best bonuses at month end, quarter end and year end. Pack the T&A with guys on overtime whether they have a job or not to inflate the hours going thru the shop. Use hours thru the shop as your metric for success, rather than progress or money coming in and hey presto bonuses all round for management. When the going gets tough, blame the greedy shop floor guys rather than the ones who cajoled/“encouraged” them to work loads extra so they could claim their bonuses. This is fact.
Nice club to be in though, all equally inept keep their mouths shut and don’t call out the ineptness’s then trouser a nice fat bonus. Doubles all round, thanks.
