Interviewed over 1M ago, still waiting on any type of response. Is this normal? Anyone else in the same boat?

Recruiters and HR are generally the laziest people in any company.....
Microsoft is the worst when it comes to hiring. Took 20 weeks for me. Sometimes manager wants to wait for quarter to end. Good luck.
Politely ask your recruiter for an update. Perfectly acceptable thing to do.
It took ~17 weeks to get my offer. I asked for an update ever 2-3 weeks. Eventually got the offer and accepted the job.
There are tons of reasons for delays in big companies like these.
