Why is this company paying very low to its employees compared to other companies in the silicon slope area. Walmart or even other places pay better where there is no tech skills needed. Benefits are also not par with other IT companies around.

Agree. Far behind in terms of salary and other benefits. Few positions starts at $11/hr. Friendly people and occasional catered food keeps some happy.
