So your 600 OT hours = 900 hours of STEH back pay. (600 X 1.5 = 900)

My contract converts OT hours to straight equivalent hours ,STEH . Example 4 hrs of OT at 1.5 rate converts to 6 STEH. (4 X 1.5 = 6 )

If you failed to notice our back pay is NOT compounded. And any overtime back pay is counted as STRAIGHT time. The longer the company drags it out, the less they pay us. Don't know about y'all, but my 600 hours of OT past 3 years deserves Overtime back pay. Not Straight time!

VOTE NO!!!
Pay everyone more money or we strike.

$1K bonus???
You gotta do a LOT better than that, there should be some penalties for delaying a contract for year's.
$5K yearly bonus.
Cap on medical.
Cap on union dues.
Going to need at least a 30% bump in pay.
You cut the workforce by at least 30% and we've picked up the slack for 24% COMPOUNDED?
NO DEAL!!!

That would improve my "quality of life".

FYI this will be our best and final chance of a significant pay increase, the stars have aligned in our favor and it would be foolish not to take advantage of our position.
