If one retires by November 30, does that employee get a pro-rated bonus check (the math equals 11/12) next March mailed to their home or direct deposited?

You're all wrong. The bonus is based on 1/10 earned for each of the first 10 months of the year thru October (so is vacation). You will get 80% and it will be paid the same date next March as the active employees.
I have a feeling no one will be getting bonus checks for this year. If they do, you'll get 11/12ths. But with current management I'm guessing AICP will end up 0%!
Plus they'll have to pay higher UAW wages and profit sharing. Salaried will get a "you're lucky you still have a job. Now get back to work!"
