Having a read through the posts here, it seems that the management have got you all exactly where they want you. Arguing amongst yourselves and childish name calling achieves nothing. This company will continue to diminish your terms and conditions as long as this continues. Good luck.

Name calling is company trademark
I have never heard any of the comments made on here being said on the shop floor. Most people have a good idea who is behind them and what their goals are.
Name calling on here being done by Hr and management to stir the pot.
You have to agree to your terms and conditions being changed, if not it’s unfair dismissal 😂
