The How matters

For the life of me I cannot figure out the purpose of these The How Matters for Agreement Professionals, training videos. The video says don't lie about your work, yet every single day management does it and requires that you do it. Can't spot and industry because it's full since UP doesn't have power to pull the unit train out, Customer Exception. Recrewed multiple trains under bogus E-move symbols that's ok, just lie to the FRA about it. Gonna hire more conductors but not actually advertise locations or hold hiring sessions, that's ok , lie to the STB about it. It's incredible the moral flexibility the company has when it benefits the shareholders.

What do you expect to come out of HR? It is their job to protect the company not you.

That's standard operating procedure for most corporations. They just lie and lie until someone gets dead and then they pay everyone off, fix the problem and vow never to have it happen again.
