They simply created such lousy working conditions that nobody wants to stay here. All the people who have options are using them at this point to leave Frontier behind. I've been looking as well and there's nothing that could make me change my mind about leaving. If you're one of those who are planning on staying, I don't think you have a reason to worry about layoffs at this point.

Yes, exactly, if you're not happy in your job or think you can earn more elsewhere leave. Stop being a sheep. Or more likely you'll retire since all the people on here are old, white, male and bitter as they finally realize after all these years that they'll never fulfil their dreams. LEAVE US PLEASE and let the rest of us get on with making this company great again.
It's all part of the master plan to replace everyone with contractors. The whole "we are trying soooo hard but just can't find anyone to come work for us" angle.
They can’t even get applications name so bad plus can make more other jobs never use to be like that we were paid well and good benefits. The las 10 years has changed that
