Actually it's NOT compounded now!!! WTF up with that!!! And all the overtime we worked past 3 years gets counted at straight time in our back pay!!!!!! Not even sure how it's legal!!!

You gotta do a LOT better than that, there should be some penalties for delaying a contract for year's.
Going to need at least a 30% bump in pay.
You cut the workforce by at least 30% and we've picked up the slack for 24% COMPOUNDED?

That would improve my "quality of life".

FYI this will be our best and final chance of a significant pay increase, the stars have aligned in our favor and it would be foolish not to take advantage of our position.
