Why to the lazy, most unqualified, have no skills people stay at GA the longest? Why isn’t GA capable of getting rid of dead weight instead of attracting and keeping all the dead weight?

I left GA after having lunch with long term GA employees. A new hire had started at GA and was trying to improve the company with process improvements and cutting waste. He was making long term employees look bad so they decided to make his life a living he-l… they actually talked about making his life a living he-l knowing he would leave before they did… they had done it before and already knew the steps to take to make this person leave. Needless to say to the gentleman put up with it for a year and left…
