The management behaves towards the employees as if it is difficult to find a better job and as if good employees are not the key to the success of this company. - The reality is different. People are leaving in droves because it is no longer difficult to find something better. Perhaps it used to be, but now it certainly isn't.

Lots of jobs out there now. Sign up for Google Job alerts. Glassdoor is good. Engage your LinkedIn network. Indeed alerts, not so much. Best of luck.
