I've been here for over a decade. I'd be happy to volunteer for a decent severance package. Nothing extravagant, just something to give me a few months to find something new. I have nothing against the company. It's a decent place to work, I've just been stagnating lately. I'm sure others feel the same. Why didn't they give us an opportunity to volunteer and save those who want to stay?
