All these years, for as long as I've been working here, I don't think there have ever been more pretenders here than now. Maybe I'm wrong?
On the one hand, there are those who are overloaded with work, have experience and are almost not valued at all, and on the other hand, there are those who do almost nothing and do not add any value at all. They only pretend to be doing something, but they are generally more respected and valued.
