I thought that finding a new job would be much easier than it turned out. Since the announcement of the acquisition until now, I have not received any offers and now I am already starting to get worried. Maybe I'm just unlucky, and maybe I'm too picky. How picky are you when looking for new jobs?

What profile? Software, sales,marketing??
What country/region? Are you networking? Have you been searching in stealth mode or is your social media presence showing you are open to work?
Are you submitting 10 applications a week, and open to relocating or asking for remote?
Are you landing interviews, but not able to survive the interviews?
Quantity of applications matter, ask for referrals in LinkedIn or Blind. Ask in Reddit.
Let people roast your resume.
Ask for people at the companies you are targeting for mock interviews.
I'm not looking and am still getting weekly hits from recruiters and seeing my saved searches turn up at least 50 openings a week
