Thread regarding Adidas layoffs

No long term plan

The reason I'm still here is because it would hard for me to start from scratch after so many years in this company. If nothing else, I hope it doesn't get worse here. In order to change things for the better, a long-term plan is needed. Adidas has unfortunately lost its vision. The question is how the company ended up without a long term plan and where everything went downhill.

Eric Liedtke leaving in 2019 played a massive part in how we got here. He knew the brand inside and out and was pushing innovation forward. Once he left, all that was left was Kasper cutting costs.
