I would like someone to tell me that things will get better, but everything points to the opposite happening, things getting worse.

If they stop hiring high paid executives and letting go the ones that actually do the work they may have a chance at survival. That and stop buying up every friggen company out there and put some focus back on what made them great in the first place.
