Please! If someone/anyone could open their eyes and see how much of a bully this female director is. She seems like a narcissist. Watch as she gas lights and poison drips her people. Could someone with authority please remove her before she does more damage.

To the most recent post: Nobody suggested that they haven’t addressed things head on. In fact, I can vouch that these sentiments and issues have been previously raised to ENB leaders & HR (prior to this thread being created). But the fact remains that in a toxic environment under this director where constructive feedback is not well received nor even considered, and reprimand & further animosity is the typical result; we’re left with vehicles such as these message boards as the only remaining outlet to freely express.
Sounds like some trolls on this site. How would you possibly know if or the circumstances associated with her other company. Did you work there? What’s your leadership contribution and value. Posting here on this site vs addressing things head on, and or coaching the leader. Your integrity speaks volume…

Wasn’t this director removed from her position in her previous company due to her ineffective leadership capabilities?
This director has little subject matter knowledge in many of the functional areas under her. Often unavailable and evasive, her poor communication skills and lack of direction/clarity causes a lot of frustration!! So many times, people don’t get the direction they need, and are often confused with the asks made of them. As has been pointed out below, she doesn’t really care too much for anyone other than herself.
OCIO will continue to lose good people if things don’t change quickly.

Probably speaks poorly on me that I feel conditioned to it all now. I've come to terms that this director doesn't care about people and simply isn't a good human being. I'll just do the best while I'm here working and clock in and clock out.

Integrity, Safety, Respect, Inclusion. These are the Enbridge values. The fact that people have to resort to voicing their concerns outside the organization is sad. This director is clearly not well suited to be a people leader. Managing people with fear, intimidation, bullying, arrogance, total disregard for peoples opinion and peoples feelings is an antiquated management practice. Many good people have left and will continue to leave this group because they have been made to feel as if they don’t matter. A leader is supposed to inspire you, encourage you and be your best. This leader makes people feel little, worthless, and as if your work is not good enough to be in her presence. Ruling people with fear and intimidation is a short run game. Enbridge preaches that your career matters and that you are a valued employee, well as someone that left the group, my career was short ,unpleasant and am happy to have made the move. Hang in there, am sure someone with influence is watching.
Not hard to see more departures to come. Leadership skills not just lacking but shows little to no concern for her team members or their well-being.
Didn’t think leaders like this still existed in this company. A lot of the aggressive and bullying behaviour was supposed to have been dealt with in the building the energy future.

Absolutely. Something that needs to be said is that this has nothing to do with a persons gender or age. This has everything to do with being a terrible power hungry bully who is ironically very, very easily replaceable. Let's see how short of a shelf life she has.
