Major layoff process initiated, Benched support & maintenance folks will be let go in 4the quarter.
Benched folk being categorized as useful /useless and hard labelled for and marked for layoff from 01st Oct 2022. Target atlaest 10000 from testing, Project management, application support and maintenance, incident mgmt to be let go in batches of 100 people per day across locations.
benched folks must leave now to prevent being hard labelled in nasscom directory that leads not getting jobs elsewhere.

How could they be prevented from getting jobs elsewhere if they were forced to leave? That's awful.
Wow, but they just bought how many employees from State Farm?
Look like repeat of 2015 -2017 where by senior employees were forced to leave and prevented from getting jobs else where. Time of unionization and collective action to expose.
