With the system crash and sales updates are not happening how are we going to get paid? I know managers can’t say anything but our store manager is back talking about the situation making the stores employees so nervous. If they don’t officially say something the gossip is going to get more out of hand then it is. How big was the breach to the system. Employees information? Customers information? We need answers. Payday next week and I know it will be hundreds less than it should be!

I don't know what's going on anymore with this company. First they said anniversary sale is going well. I thought they made profits. Then, months later layoffs happened, hours and jobs being cut. What are they hiding?
Saw a list of all employees being let go. Not a good place to be right now.
They’re laying off in store ops assistant managers.
We have 200 laid off at Nordstrom MWFC. It came out of no where and they are getting rid of 1 of our shifts and making everyone switch to a different one. They also laid off a handful of managers
You mean...all those million$ funneled into tech and systems are still unavoidably crashing?!
