Hey flatrock
heads up, if you are including the el paso incident as BMWED having anything to do w/ destroying a family. You made a conclusion based upon the wording given to the media. The track forces were still out there working after 16+ hrs when that derailment occurred. They didnt leave anything out there. That track was still OOS, that train crew shouldve never been instructed to shove that train on that track.

Some solidarity from the non-railroaders. You’re going to have nothing to do in the coming days anyway for selling your souls.

I belong to the BRS union. We have been returning votes to our union in unprecedented numbers, 60-70% of the votes have been being returned by mail. But if what we are being offered is what the PEB recommended we will prob agree to it.

Good news is, as the unions official's come to agreements, there is still a vote from the people in the crafts that actually do the work. Problem is, they count all non voters in the union official's direction. If everybody would actually vote "NO" to ratification, all unions would be forced to decline the offer. Instead, only about about 30% will vote no. 10% yes. 60% will be "no vote," which counts for ratification (assuming your crafts union board voted for ratification)." So, in theory most unions will show a 70% yes to a 30% no. Either way, all unions, within the railroad, will strike with BLET!
