It didn't occur to anybody that maybe, just maybe, if they invested in their employees and started treating us like humans and not numbers and robots with no feelings, sales would improve as well. A happy employee is a good employee. A mistreated employee couldn't give a damn if a customer is happy or not. But go ahead, revamp the stores. That's the real problem.
