Attrition doesn't seem to be slowing down. I have more and more work to do. Now I'm starting to think about leaving myself. How much are you affected by all the people leaving?

Just the right amount of people are leaving or else more layoffs would occur. As a matter of fact more people will have to keep leaving to ensure layoffs don’t happen
Luckily deadlines aren’t enforced and one can get promoted just going with the flow. So as long as you fail with your manager everything is okay. I am doing less work then before and so is everyone in my team. No rush and follow management’s pace and everything will be okay!
