Layoffs have started, and both regular and contracted employees are affected. Also, pretty much all departments are affected. It might be a good time for all to start looking at other industries for employment because things are not looking so great for the future.

If you're smart, you're already looking for a way out.
Realtor.com has now had a layoff pretty much every year: 2019 (mass), 2020 (mass), 2021 (smaller), and 2022 (mass), despite saying they've had record years. Seems like a track record here!
