The most incompetent people I ever worked with are still there. There are still a lot of talented people at Dell, but it's becoming more and more obvious that there is no room for them here. Why is that so? Why let the talent go to the competition and keep the mediocrity? Ridiculous.

it's already a company without talent at the senior mgmgnt level.
Very minimal severance package for this day & age. Sad. Does Michael actually condone this blood bath of good people to save a few dollars and to make the remaining take notice? I know of many who were laid off and ALL WERE TOP-NOTCH WITH NO PERFORMANCE ISSUES.
Are they giving packages?
