Lost count on how many re-orgs and org org changes we've had in the last 5 years. It looks every time that a re-org is going to save the day. This time we will become OFSE under the helm of services. Two business units that have very little in common merged together. Will see what happens and I hope they learnt something from the previous re-orgs (they should be expert by now with so many under the belt although the fact they re-organized so many times it's a bit of a warning sign right there about how successful they have been with these so far). Wonder though if the concept of wolf pack is now out of the window together with Richard and Neil and whether the two orgs will even try to use the same tools. I guess Lorenzo would say "We can do it! Togever!".

Most incompetent people ever worked with. No surprise at this decline could see it coming 20 years ago due poor management.
Tough at the top lol
Be more than a few senior folk in ofe having sleepless nights over the next few weeks.
Saunders, Gillies, chambault, Butcher etc be putting some serious spin on their resumes to downplay the pisspoor performance they’ve presided over this last four or five years (and more)
