There is never any talk. You just show up for work one day and “bo-m” you’re fired. That’s how they do things. Just terrible.

I just got hired onto Deloitte this month. I am in the U.S. under Global DTTL. Is this group usually hit with layoffs like other Deloitte groups or is this group usually safer since we are not client facing? I have an IT job. Thanks

Yep can confirm. They are coming in Canada consulting and advisory practices. An exec assistant has told me there have been certain meetings and calendar invites they have seen.

The process is in VERY early stages but coming, still weeks away but yes they are coming.
