With lay-offs just around the corner many of our younger staff are leaving and I can't blame them. I'm a long time employee of WBD, originally from Turner, and this is my 4th merger and by far the most painful. Its just a bunch of busy work since we have no clue what the future holds and last week's earnings call did not paint a hopeful future.

anyone who's been paying attention for the last ~4 years has seen the writing on the wall: independent youtube creators are putting conglomerates out of business. WB, Disney, Comcast, et al doubled down on wokeness thinking that would change the trend, but it just had the opposite effect. Everyone outside of the cringe fringe in the LA and NYC corporate bubble knows this.
