It will be good for some and bad for many. It is NOTHING MORE than a transactional relationship. Take emotion out of it if possible.

6 months is all we have left. It's almost over.
Yeah, every new day seems to bring with it just another new and different pile of cr-p. Rest and vest is ending, so give me my severance and let's get it over with.
